Meeting Agenda

Door opens at 6:30pm. Please check in with our membership committee. If there is a fee for a speaker, you will be asked to pay then. There is a member/non-member rate, and exact amount is very much appreciated! You will be given a door prize raffle ticket for attending, and you will get an extra ticket if you wear your name tag!

Please see the membership committee with any questions or paperwork for new members, renewals, and name tags!

After checking in, drop off your 2-1/2" fabric strips and get your raffle ticket(s). Raffle tickets are given for each carefully cut 2-1/2" strip of fabric (up to 7 max) in the color of the month. One luck winner takes home all the strips! Find out more here!

We have raffle items available at each meeting, and they vary from month to month. Those raffle tickets are 1 ticket for $1, or 5 tickets for $3.

Then you can make your way up to the Fellowship Hall, a room that is set up with our wonderful Library and a table for each of our Committees. Please take a look at what they are offering! You can check out Cases for Caring, A Quilted Gift, Fabric Swap, Block of the Month, Retreats, Programing, and any Challenge and Mystery Quilt updates, plus more!

Our meeting starts at 7:00pm in the church sanctuary. There usually are some announcements and "guild talk", then the program is introduced for the night. After that part concludes, refreshments are provided back in the Fellowship Hall, and you have an opportunity to chat with presenters and the other guild members. After the break, we sometimes do a Show 'n Tell, where we get to Oooh and Aaah at all of our talented members' work! All skill levels welcome, please show what you've created! We end with the raffle drawings.

Fall Retreat 2026

September 24-27, 2026, at St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Center

Take time for yourself and enjoy a long weekend of quilting, relaxing, and connecting with fellow guild members. Our retreats are a favorite guild tradition, providing uninterrupted time to work on your projects, share ideas, learn from one another, and enjoy the company of friends—both old and new.

Throughout the weekend, participants can look forward to a variety of optional activities and opportunities designed to make the retreat both fun and relaxing. Depending on the retreat, these may include special quilting activities, creative challenges or exchanges, wellness activities such as yoga, chair or table massages (available for an additional fee), and plenty of time for quilting, conversation, and inspiration.

All retreat details—including accommodations, schedule, fees, and registration information—are available on the registration form, which can be downloaded by clicking the button below.
